These terms apply whenever you use Corlen, whether through the Shopify app, an in-store kiosk, our developer API, or the corlen.io website. By using Corlen, you agree to them. If you are using Corlen on behalf of a business, you are confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.
Corlen generates AI-based virtual try-on previews: an image showing a person wearing a garment from a store's catalog, based on a photo they provide. This is offered through a Shopify storefront app, a physical in-store kiosk, a public API for developers, and a self-serve demo on our website. Every preview is clearly an AI-generated approximation, not a guarantee of exact fit, color, or fabric appearance.
Store owners and developers need an account to use Corlen's dashboard, Shopify app, or API. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@corlen.io if you believe your account or an API key has been compromised.
New accounts get a free trial period as described on our Pricing page at the time of signup. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan. Plans and pricing are shown on our Pricing page and may change from time to time; we will not change the price of your active plan without notice. Subscription and usage-based charges are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. You are responsible for keeping valid billing details on file.

Our systems apply conservative content moderation on every generation request specifically because of this. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section.
You retain ownership of any product catalog images, garment photos, or customer photos submitted through Corlen. We process them solely to generate the try-on preview you requested, following the retention and deletion practices described in our Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement. We do not use customer photos to train AI models.
Corlen relies on third-party infrastructure to operate, including Google Cloud (Vertex AI) for image generation, Supabase for database and storage, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for payments. Your use of Corlen means data may pass through these providers as described in our Privacy Notice and DPA.
Corlen is provided "as is." Try-on previews are AI-generated approximations and may not exactly match how a garment fits or looks in real life. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corlen is not liable for purchase decisions, returns, or dissatisfaction resulting from reliance on a generated preview, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may stop using Corlen and cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard's billing settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or that we reasonably believe poses a security risk to Corlen or other users. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Notice.
We may update these terms as Corlen evolves. If we make a material change, we will make a reasonable effort to notify active customers before it takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Corlen is operated out of Berlin, Germany, and these terms are governed by German law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
