Corlen for Shopify stores

When you use the Corlen "Try It On" button on a Shopify store's product page, the photo you upload exists only in memory for the single request that generates your preview. It is never written to a database or file storage, never logged, and never kept after your preview is generated. If you choose to leave your email afterward, that email is stored so the store can follow you up, and nothing else about that visit is retained.

Corlen for in-store kiosks

When you use a Corlen try-on kiosk in a physical store, we capture a photo of you using the tablet camera. This photo is used only to generate a virtual try-on image showing you wearing the selected garment.

How long we keep it

Shopify storefront photos: never stored, gone the moment your preview is generated. Kiosk photos: automatically deleted after 2 hours, or immediately when you tap "Delete My Photos." We never keep a photo longer than necessary for either.

Who processes your photo

  • Corlen (us): for kiosks, stores the photo temporarily in a private, encrypted bucket. For the Shopify storefront, holds it only in memory for the single request.
  • Google Cloud (Vertex AI): receives your photo to generate the try-on image. They do not store it beyond the generation request.
  • Anthropic: not involved in photo processing.

What we never do

  • We never run face recognition or biometric analysis on your photo.
  • We never share your photo with anyone, including the store owner.
  • We never publish your photo on social media or any public platform.

For Shopify merchants

Corlen requests only read access to your product catalog (titles, images, and types), used solely to render your garments on a shopper's photo. We never request access to your customers, orders, or store settings. Your store's access token is encrypted at rest and is never logged or exposed to any client. If you have leads collection turned on, shopper-submitted emails are visible only to you in the app's Leads screen and are deleted automatically if that shopper later requests it under their data rights, or if you uninstall Corlen and Shopify confirms the uninstall.

Your rights

You can delete your kiosk photos at any time using the "Delete My Photos" button in the kiosk. For a Shopify storefront try-on, there is nothing to delete since no photo is stored. For any other request, including asking us to erase an email you left with a store, contact us at raheelgul063@gmail.com.

Analytics

We collect anonymous usage data (e.g. how many try-ons were generated) to help store owners understand their catalog performance. This data contains no personal information.
